Octomocto is a free website with games that you can play alone or with other people. We can add, change or remove games and features at any time.

• Use a display name that is offensive, or that pretends to be another person.

If you do not obey these rules, we can remove your results, change your display name, or close your account.

Our content

The website, its design, the octopus characters and the Octomocto name belong to Octomocto. You can use the website for your personal use. You must not copy or distribute its content without our permission.

No warranty

We supply Octomocto "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the website will always be available, that it will have no errors, or that it will keep your results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent that the law permits, Octomocto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for any loss of data, that comes from your use of the website.

End of use

You can stop using Octomocto at any time. To delete your account, send an email to hi@octomocto.com. We can stop or close the website, or your access to it, at any time.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. When you continue to use Octomocto after a change, you agree to the new terms.
